These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the use of the ATuAlcance Poster application (the «Application») operated by Utuado Chess Club Inc. («we», «us», «our»). The Application is an internal automation tool used to publish content to Facebook Pages owned and administered by our organization.

Purpose of the Application

The Application is a content automation system that generates and publishes content including chess news, chess tutorials, chess puzzles, Puerto Rico news commentary, and tournament information on Facebook Pages owned by our organization. The Application operates exclusively on our own pages and does not provide services to third-party users.

Use of the Application

The Application is for the exclusive use of Utuado Chess Club Inc. and its authorized administrators. No third-party access, login, or user registration is offered through this Application.

Content

Content published by the Application may include summaries of publicly available news articles, chess puzzle information from Chess.com and Lichess, and original educational commentary. All news content includes links to original sources for full attribution. The Application respects the copyright and terms of its data sources.

News commentary published by the Application is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utuado Chess Club Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Application or content it publishes.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the Meta Graph API and is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms. It also integrates with Chess.com and Lichess public APIs under their respective terms of service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued operation of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
