Data Deletion Instructions

The ATuAlcance Poster application is operated by Utuado Chess Club Inc. and does not collect, store, or process personal data from Facebook users. The application is used solely for publishing content to Facebook Pages owned by our organization.

What Data Is Stored

The application only stores:

Facebook Page access tokens belonging to pages we administer (required for automated posting)
Content deduplication history (URLs and timestamps of posts we have published)
Application logs

We do not store any information about Facebook users who interact with our Pages, beyond what Facebook itself stores as part of your interaction with our public Page content (comments, reactions, shares).

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you believe we hold any data relating to you and would like us to delete it, or if you have commented on or interacted with our Pages and want to remove your comments:

Option 1: Direct Removal on Facebook

For comments or reactions you have posted on our Pages, you can remove them directly through Facebook:

Navigate to the comment or reaction on our Facebook Page
Click the «…» menu on your comment
Select «Delete»

Option 2: Email Request

To request removal of any other content or information, email us at:

Include the following in your email:

Subject line: «Data Deletion Request»
Your Facebook profile name (or the name used when interacting with our Pages)
Description of the data you would like deleted
Links to specific posts or comments (if applicable)

Response Time

We will respond to your request within 30 days. Most requests are processed within 7 days.
